We don’t get paid if you don’t get paid. Our fees are based on a small percentage of rent collected and a once a year tax accounting fee of $50; that’s it.  Other companies charge vacancy fees, renewal fees, lease fees, advertising fees, set-up fees, move in fees, maintenance fees……. You get the picture.  Why would you hire a company that gets paid more with the more tenant turn-over you have?  With our strategy we succeed when you succeed.

We maintain small management portfolios. Other companies allow property managers to manage 100 properties or more at one time; not us. Our managers have small portfolios insuring they have the time to provide the personal service you deserve. We know our property owners and tenants by name.
