We are professional property managers; that’s all we do. Many property managers are real estate sales agents, HOA managers, or commercial facility managers that also do property management. Not us, our entire focus is residential property management.

We don’t get paid if you don’t get paid. Our fees are based on a small percentage of rent collected and a once a year tax accounting fee of $50; that’s it. Other companies charge vacancy fees, renewal fees, lease fees, advertising fees, set-up fees, move in fees, maintenance fees……. You get the picture. Why would you hire a company that gets paid more with the more tenant turn-over you have? With our strategy we succeed when you succeed.

We maintain small management portfolios. Other companies allow property managers to manage 100 properties or more at one time; not us. Our managers have small portfolios insuring they have the time to provide the person service you deserve. Each manager knows their owners and tenants by name.
